Separate Sealed Bids For Furnishing Of All Materials, Labor, Tools, Equipment, And Appurtenances Necessary For The Construction Of The Battlefield Parkway Water Line Replacement Will Be Received By The Owner At The City Of Fort Oglethorpe, 500 City Hall Drive, Fort Oglethorpe, Ga 30742, Until 2:00 P.m., Local Time, On Thursday, September 11, 2025, And Then At Said Office Publicly Opened And Read Aloud. Contract 1: The Project Consists Of The Following Major Elements: Replacement Of Approximately 5,200 Linear Feet Of 8-inch Ductile Iron Pipe For The Water System On Battlefield Parkway. The Project Will Include Fire Hydrants, Valves, Fittings, Service Lines, And Other Components As Required For The Completion Of The Project. Contract 2: The Project Consists Of The Following Major Elements: Removal And Replacement Of Approximately 2,200 Linear Feet Existing 8-inch Pvc Water Line With New 8-inch Dip Water Line And Reconnection Of Water Service Lines. The Project Is Located Along Battlefield Parkway Between Fant Drive And South Cedar Lane.
