Tender are invited for The Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), Division of Environmental Health, seeks bids from qualified contractors to provide comprehensive floor care services at the Environmental Health Laboratory (EHL) in Anchorage, Alaska. Services include stripping, cleaning, and waxing of vinyl flooring, as well as hot water extraction cleaning of carpeted areas and mats, to be performed biannually in November and May. Contractors must adhere to strict security, safety, and conduct requirements as outlined in the scope of work.
