- Bulletin Desc : In general, the project involves grading and drainage improvements primarily within the Runaway Protection Zone (RPZ) of Runway 34R at Eugene Airport. These improvements include but are not limited to areas of mass and fine grading within an existing farm field, ditch regrading to promote positive drainage, drainage culvert replacements, a pump station with wet well installation, minor pavement repair, and associated electrical improvements.
