- The City of College Station invites qualified contractors to submit bids for the removal and complete replacement of six (6) existing steel corrugated culverts and one (1) concrete lined channel side wall. The project aims to improve drainage, prevent flooding, ensure road safety, and enhance the long-term durability of the infrastructure. The newly updated piping needs to be circular without affecting current rain flow or performance in these areas, necessary excavation, backfilling, restoration of the road surface, and environmental management. A Pre-bid Meeting will be held at City Hall, 3rd Floor Conference Room 1, located at 1101 Texas Ave., College Station, Texas at 2:00 p.m. CT on Tuesday, May 27, 2025. This meeting is not mandatory, but attendance is highly recommended.
