Description:
Citrus County, Florida (“County”) invites qualified contractors to submit a Bid/Quote for Project Title. Services are needed for on-call maintenance, repair, and replacement of small and large electric motors and well pumps for approximately 40 wells located at the Countys 14 water treatment plants. Wells range in diameter of 2 inches to 12 inches and from 42 feet to 340 feet in depth. The services involve well pump extraction, inspection, maintenance and reinstallation. Bidders must provide on-site welding and electrical repairs. Bidders must have a current Florida well drillers license, as defined under F.A.C. 62-531 and F.A.C. 62-532 see links for details, https://www.flrules.org/gateway/ChapterHome.asp?Chapter=62-531 and https://www.flrules.org/gateway/ChapterHome.asp?Chapter=62-532It is the intent of the County to award to two of the most responsive responsible lowest Bidders to provide consistent reliable, high quality, and timely electric motor maintenance, repair, and replacement services.
