Brown School (980 Durham Road, Madison, Ct) To Facilitate The School 2019S Conversion From An Intermediate (Grades 4-5) To An Elementary (Grades Prek-5) School. Improvements Include Expansion Of An Existing Parking Lot, Constructing A Dedicated Drop-Off Area For Pre-K Students, Sidewalks Leading To Exterior Classroom Entrances/Exits, Site Preparation And Accessible Walkways For A New Prek-K Playscape Area, Grading/Paving An Existing Crushed Stone Access Driveway, And Associated Work.A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference Will Be Held On Monday, March 17, 2025 At 10:00Am In The Main Lobby Brown School, 980 Durham Road, Madison, Ct 06443.
