Woodland Ridge Drive, Lecanto, Florida, including but not limited to, construction of a one-story building, site work, fill, utilities, drainage, grading, paving sidewalks, landscaping, irrigation, fencing, directional signage, safety, and barricading. Contractor will comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations, codes and ADA requirements.
