Description Scope Of Work ¿ Pool Patio Cover Addition: Project Location: Milton City Park & Preserve Project Address: 1785 Dinsmore Road, Milton, Ga 30004 Requested Completion Date: April 10, 2026 Overview: The City Of Milton Is Accepting Sealed Bids From Qualified Vendors For The Construction Of A Pool Awning At The Milton City Park & Preserve¿s Municipal Pool. The Contractor Shall Furnish All Labor, Materials, Equipment, And Supervision Necessary To Construct A New Pool Patio Cover Attached To The Right Side Of The Existing Clubhouse. All Work Shall Comply With The Provided Structurally Engineered Drawings And Specifications, Applicable Codes, And City Of Milton Standards. Structural Plans Are Provided In Appendix A Of This Invitation To Bid. All Qualified Bids Will Receive Consideration Without Regard To Age, Handicap, Religion, Creed Or Belief, Political Affiliation, Race, Color, Sex, Or National Origin.
