Tender are invited for STATE OF ALASKADEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION & PUBLIC FACILITIES (DOT&PF)CENTRAL REGIONINVITATION TO BIDSealed bids for ANC West Perimeter Road, Program Number AIP 3-02-0016-XXX-2025 / CFAPT01136, will be received before 2:00 p.m., April 25, 2025 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.This federally funded project will construct a new perimeter road within West Airpark at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. Work includes clearing and grubbing, excavation, drainage, embankment, subbase, geotextile and geogrid, RAP surfacing, fencing, signage, turf reinforcement matting, topsoil, and seeding. The Engineer's Estimate is between $1,000,000 and $2,500,000. The Project completion date will be August 15, 2025.Plans, Specs, Bid Packets and Addenda along with other additional information pertaining to the project may now be downloaded in their entirety at no charge from the Department-s approved online bidding service: https://www.bidx.com/ak/lettings.
