Tender are invited for STATE OF ALASKADEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION & PUBLIC FACILITIES (DOT&PF)CENTRAL REGIONINVITATION TO BIDSealed bids for ANC Underground Storage Tank Replacement, Project Number CSAPT00935, will be received before 2:00 p.m., June 2, 2023 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.This state funded project will include all necessary construction services as required to construct the replacement of underground storage tanks with above ground storage tanks to include subsidiary electrical and civil work elements. The work is comprised of a Basic Bid and Additive Alternate One.The Engineer's Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 (BASIC BID Only). The Project substantial completion date will be October 13, 2023.A non-mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday May 23rd. Interested bidders shall meet at the North Terminal lobby near the Polar Bear display, and shall wear a high visibility safety vest.
