Tender are invited for STATE OF ALASKADEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION & PUBLIC FACILITIES (DOT&PF)CENTRAL REGIONINVITATION TO BIDSealed bids for ANC South Terminal Employee Parking Area Improvements, Program Number CSAPT01183, will be received before 2:00 p.m., May 21, 2025 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.This state funded project will reconstruct the entrance into the South Terminal Employee Parking Area and rehabilitate the parking garage exit pavement at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. Work includes clearing and grubbing, pavement planing, excavation and backfill, power gate operators and access controls, hot mix asphalt, elastomeric concrete, pavement markings, topsoil and seeding.The Engineer's Estimate is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
