Tender are invited for Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work on Project No. 3−02-0400-___-____/NFAPT00249, Deering Airport Improvements, described herein, will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, August 14, 2025, in the Office of the Contracts Engineer, Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska.The project consists of resurfacing the existing runway, taxiway and apron. Repairing runway, taxiway and apron shoulders. Upgrading lighting system and electrical building. Constructing new airport access and minor drainage improvements. Replacing segmented circle. Applying dust palliative to all airport operational surfaces and access road.Engineer's Estimate is between $30,000,000 and $40,000,000.
