Tender are invited for Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work on Project No. 0002(444)/NFHWY00505, Northern Region ADA Improvements - Nome: Steadman Street, described herein, will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, November 6, 2025, in the Office of the Contracts Engineer, Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska.The project consists of replacing the sidewalk, curb ramps, approaches and curb and gutters with ADA compliant features along a segment of Steadman Street in Nome, AK. In order to replace the sidewalks, the project will reconstruct the roadway to address the embankment settlement issues and improve drainage.Engineer's Estimate is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
