- The Work includes the Contractor furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, incidentals and services necessary for the construction of the Pine Ridge Drive Traffic Circle Project, which includes but not limited to, general demolition, removal of the existing drive aisles and intersection, reestablishing connections to private commercial properties, related drainage collection and conveyance, and landscape enhancements. Work includes asphalt removal, asphalt milling, asphalt leveling and finish courses, concrete walks, curbs, irrigation, landscaping, greenways, swales, catch basins, storm sewer improvements, pavement markings, and signage. Work is to be completed in Phases with provisions for continuous access along Pine Ridge Road and adjacent commercial properties. The estimated budget for this project is $750,000.
