- The purpose of this ITB is to secure a qualified contractor to perform rehabilitation of the restrooms at the Pine Island Park POD #2 (3801 S Pine Island Road, Davie, FL 33328). All Work shall be performed in compliance with the latest edition of all applicable Codes, including, but not limited to, the Florida Building Code 8th Edition (2023) , the Town of Davie Land Development Code, the Town of Davie Code of Ordinances, the American-s with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Broward County Code of Ordinances. All Work shall meet or exceed the standards of the industry for workmanship. The estimated annual budget for this project is $80,000 .
