Description:
The purpose of this ITB is to secure a qualified General Contractor licensed in the State of Florida to perform renovations to the existing Police Station records and digital tech unit located at 1230 S Nob Hill Rd, Davie, FL 33324 . The services shall encompass furnishing adequate and appropriate labor, machines, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, supervision, insurance, permits, and incidentals. The estimated budget for this project is $200,000.A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 10:00 am, at Davie Police Department, located at 1230 S Nob Hill Road Davie, FL 33324. A site visit will immediately follow the Pre-Bid Conference. In order to be eligible to respond to this solicitation, bidders are required to attend the pre-bid conference and site visit.The sign in sheet will be available up until the commencement of the pre-bid conference. Bidders are required to sign in PRIOR to the start of the conference. No one will be permitted to sign in after the meeting starts. Failure to do so will deem the bidder absent to the pre-bid conference and ineligible to respond to this solicitation.
