Description:
The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to establish a contract, by means of sealed Bids, for the selection of a qualified, experienced and State of Florida Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals for the Pump Station 22 Upgrades, as well as all appurtenant work, complete, tested and ready for operation, including temporary utilities and facilities as required all in conformance with the Contract Documents and applicable Federal provisions.This project is federally funded through U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). All procurement and contracting for these services shall follow state and federal regulations including, but not limited to, 2 CFR Part 200; 24 CFR Part 85; 24 CFR Part 75, 24 CFR Part 570.489, 570.490, 570.502, 570.506, 570.508 & 570.509, 570.609. The Contractor shall comply with all federal requirements and conditions pursuant to Agreement No, B-24-CP-FL-0624 between the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the City of Homestead.
