The Town Of Madison (Tom) Is Seeking Proposals From Qualified And Experienced Commercial General Contractors To Construct Renovations/Improvements To The Locker Room And Toilet Room Areas Of The Town Campus Gym Facility, Located At 4 Campus Drive, Madison, Ct. Renovations/Improvements Consist Of Flooring, Wall Tile, Toilet Partitions, Plumbing Fixtures And Accessories, Shower Stall Rebuilds/Replumbing, Painting, Minor Electrical, And Other Associated Work. The Original Project Bids Obtained During Itb 25-1115 In March 2025 Were All Over The Project Budget, Requiring A Reduction In Scope.Bids Must Be Received In Hard-Copy Format At The Facilities Department Main Office, 284 Green Hill Road, Madison, Ct 06443 No Later Than 12:00 Noon On Monday, July 14, 2025, When/Where All Bids Will Be Opened And Bidder 2019S Names And Pricing Will Be Publicly Read Aloud.
