Description:
The City of Homestead is seeking to retain a qualified and licensed electrical contractor to provide repairs for the Procurement Building located at 450 SE 6th Ave, Homestead 33030 in accordance with the 40-Year Certification Inspection Report. The selected contractor will perform the necessary repairs, and ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state and federal codes and regulations.Contractor shall furnish, including, but not limited to, all labor, materials, equipment, skills, tools, permitting cost (if applicable), supervision as necessary for proper completion of the work and to carry out this agreement in compliance with the requirements stated or implied by these specifications. (Scope of Work and Inspection Report)Award may not be based solely on price but also timeliness of contractor to complete scope of work in accordance with the Citys schedule.
