- The City of Homestead Public Works and Engineering/Streets & Stormwater Department is seeking to retain a qualified contractor to provide materials, equipment and labor for the Repair/Installation of Fence at the Park of Commerce 1350 SE 33rd Ave. Contractor shall furnish, including, but not limited to, all labor, materials, equipment, skills, tools, permitting cost, supervision as necessary for proper completion of the work and to carry out this agreement in compliance with the requirements stated or implied by these specifications.(Scope of Work)Award may not be based solely on price, but also timeliness of contractor to complete scope of work in accordance with the Citys schedule.Attendance of Mandatory Site Visit is required.
