This announcement constitutes a Request for Information (RFI) to identify potential procurement sources for E-2D Integrated Test Team operations. This effort includes, but is not limited to test planning and execution, flight clearance support, aircrew flight test support, flight test engineering support, system/subsystem training for Government Aircrew and Flight Test Engineering personnel, Naval Air Training Operating Procedures and Standardization (NATOPS) development and support, Instrumentation support, Aircraft Technical and Engineering support, and E-2 System Test and Evaluation Laboratory (ESTEL) Integration support.
The Government does not possess the complete Technical Data Package (TDP) for the E-2D. If you believe you are capable of meeting this capability, demonstrate that your company currently possesses or has authorized access to the necessary technical data, or has a viable plan to obtain, generate, or otherwise secure the necessary technical data, and that it will be maintained throughout the duration of the effort being solicited. You may also highlight unique data generation techniques used by your company, or areas where modifications can be performed, or the capability can be provided, without technical data provided by the Government or OEM. For the FY25 through FY30 contract, interested businesses shall demonstrate the capability to meet the Government-s required timeline. You may also submit information that demonstrates how you could potentially meet this requirement for future production opportunities.
The E-2D program office plans to utilize these services and supplies to support E-2 aircraft from FY25 through FY30.
Additionally, the vendor will complete all projects, engineering and logistics services and provide technical assistance required under this program to support Integrated Test Team operation efforts.
