This is a Sources Sought Notice (SS) for Market Research Only.This notice replaces N68836FLUSH04.NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center is issuing this SS Notice to determine the availability of potential sources for Refrigerant Flush Services at Trident Refit Facility, Kings Bay, GA. Additional detailed information is provided on the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW). As part of its market research, Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville (FLCJ) is issuing this notice to determine the availability of contractors capable of fulfilling the Government-s requirements. The Government may use the responses to this notice for information and planning purposes. The material description describes only the currently contemplated possible scope of service and may vary from the work scope in a final SOW included in any Request for Quotes (RFQ).This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote or invitation to bid.The intent of this notice is to identify potential offerors for market research purposes and to determine whether to set-aside the requirement for SMALL BUSINESS.The Government anticipates issuing a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) in accordance with FAR 8.405-3, for the entire requirement outlined below using NAICS 325120.A firm-fixed price contract is anticipated.
