Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to updated the PWS, Sections L and M, and extend the closing date to April 10, 2025. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) parts 12 and 13 will be utilized for the purchase of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) annual maintenance for Tactical Training Group Pacific, located at Naval Base Point Loma, CA. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ).This combined synopsis/solicitation shall be posted on Navy E-commerce Online (NECO) athttp://www.neco.navy.mil and SAM Contract Opportunities at https://sam.gov/opportunities. The RFQ/ number is N00244-25-Q-0128. This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 effective 17 Jan 2025 and DFARS change 01/17/2025 effective 01-17-2025. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
