Description
The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia, intends to solicit on a sole source basis with Hamilton Company to provide STAR and STARlet systems to the Department of Defense (DoD) Drug Demand Reduction Program (DDRP).The Navy intends to solicit for a Firm Fixed Price contract.This procurement is a sole source acquisition with Hamilton under the authority of FAR 6.302-1.THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS.The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334516.
