Description
In accordance with 6.302-1, the Government has extended the ordering period of the Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) program Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) up to six (6) months, by supplemental agreement, of the six (6) IDIQ contracts that make up the Multiple Award MACC program IDIQ:

c. Mickan GmbH & Co. KG/ CAGE: DC766/ Contract No. FA561320D0003

e. J&J Worldwide Services/ CAGE: 5P021/ Contract No. FA561320D0005
f. Wolff & Müller GmbH KG/ CAGE: CG807/ Contract No. FA561320D0006

The MACC IDIQ is a contract for the execution of a broad range of design-build, sustainment, maintenance, repair, alteration, renovation and minor construction projects, to include residential and commercial work for the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC) and Spangdahlem Air Base areas.

The ceiling remains unchanged and will stay within the $425M ceiling established in full and open competition in January 2020 under solicitation FA561319R0003. Aside from the extension, the terms, conditions, project scope, and design elements for subsequent task order competitions remain the same.
