At That Time, The Sealed Bids Will Be Opened And Read In The Finance Department Conference Room Of The Jackson County Administrative Building At 4965 Jackson Parkway, Jefferson, Georgia 30549. Bids Received After The Due Date And Time Will Not Be Accepted Or Considered. One Original Of The Request For Bid Must Be Submitted. A 5% Bid Bond Must Be Submitted With The Bid. Performance And Payment Bond In The Amount Of 100% Of The Contract Price Will Be Required If The Contract Is Awarded.
