Description
a. General Requirements: Electric, Water and Sewage Service shall be provided in accordance with Army regulations. Jacksonville Electric Authority (JEA) rules and regulations for the provision of all electric service.

b. Premises to Be Served: 841st Transportation Battalion Jacksonville Detachment 8675 Maritime St. Jacksonville, FL 32226. Locate at Jacksonville Port Authority Jacksonville, FL 32226.

c. Point of Delivery: The point of delivery of electricity shall be at the applicable facilities as well as all applicable locations down range. (Specific point of delivery of commercial power for Jacksonville Detachment is 8675 Maritime St. Jacksonville, FL 32226.

d. Nature of Service or Change: Furnish electrical power to provide electrical service to Jacksonville Detachment.

e. Estimated Demand and Consumption for Electric Power:

(1) Estimated daily maximum demand: 13,700 KWH

(2) Estimated annual consumption: 5,000,000 KWH
