The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, material, services, equipment, supplies, power, accessories, facilities and such other things as are necessary, except as otherwise specified, to perform dockside, repairs and alterations to the USCGC JAMES in accordance with the solicitation, schedule and specifications.
