Firm Fixed Priced Contract for Janitorial services at the USDA/APHIS/PPQ Atlanta , GAPlant Inspection Station in accordance with theStatement of Work for a base period of 12 months and 4 possible 12 month option periods. Pricing shall include all costs necessary toaccomplish the services in the statement of work (including but not limited to: overhead, general and administrative, profit, insurance,transportation, labor hours, equipment and supplies)
In this acquisition, the Government will obtain best value by using the TRADE OFF source selection approach which permits tradeoffs among cost or price and non-cost factors and allows the Government to accept other than the lowest priced proposal.

Technical CapabilityVendor submittals must successfully demonstrate the vendors capability to comply with the extensive technical requirements outlined in the statement of work.
Past PerformancePast performance is a measure of the degree to which an Offeror has satisfied customers in the past, and complied with federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Offerors with no past performance information will be given a neutral rating. Offerors with past performance information will be assigned a rating of low confidence, moderate confidence or high confidence. Those assigned a rating of low confidence may be deemed ineligible for award.
Price, Technical Capability and Past Performance are equally important relative to each other.
