Enclosed is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for custodial/ janitorial services. If you would like to submit an offer, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit them to the address shown on Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter.
The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial offers, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference at the site, The pre-proposal conference will be held on July 8, 2025 at 09:30 AM (local time) at the US Embassy Bogota- Carrera 45 No. 24B- 27]. Prospective offerors should write an e-mail to BogtaGSOcompras@state.gov by July 11,2025 at 4:00 PM for additional information or to arrange entry to the building.
Offers are due by July 25, 2025 No offers will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.
