Contractors shall provide all personnel equipment, tools, materials, supervision, training, and transportation to perform requirement. All work under this contract must be performed in accordance with the current industry standards as established by the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of the Healthcare Organization (JCAHO), Occupational Safety and Health Agency (OSHA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Hazardous Materials requirements, and regulations. Industry standards for cleanliness, safety, sanitation and serviceability must be met in a manner to meet generally accepted commercial practices.
