Gavins Point Project Cottonwood Campground Cleaning Services
Request for Quote (RFQ) for Cleaning Services for Gavins Point Project, Nebraska.
The solicitation will close on 18 February 2025. This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business.
Project Description:
Provide cleaning and janitorial services for the Cottonwood Campground, Day Use Area, public use areas/facilities and other specified areas located within the USACE - Gavins Point Project managed Recreation Areas located in Cedar County of NE. The Recreation Areas are located near Gavins Point Dam which is approximately four miles West and one mile South of Yankton, SD, off SD Highway 52. Contractor will supply all supervision, personnel, and transportation to provide daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning services of the Cottonwood Campground and other specified areas in the Gavins Point Project Recreation areas. The government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn is responsible to the government. This is a fixed price, performance based service contract where the government defines and measures desired outcomes, while contractor methods are generally not constrained or directed.
