Description:
Department of Public Works Request for Proposals The City of Gladstone is requesting proposals for janitorial services for public facilities. Sealed proposals will be received at the Public Works facility, 4000 NE 76 th Street, Gladstone, Missouri 64119 until Friday, August 15, 2025 at 12pm. All equipment, material, workmanship, and service shall conform to the general conditions herein. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any and all informalities and to negotiate contract terms with the successful firm(s), and the right to disregard all non- conforming, non-responsive or conditional proposals. The City will evaluate all information submitted with each proposal. Cost will not be the sole determining factor for selection and the City reserves the right to award any combination of bid sections and to enter into a contract with more than one firm. There will be a walk-through on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at 9am. We will begin at Public Works, 4000 NE 76th Street, Gladstone, MO 64119. This walk-through is mandatory for all bidders.
