The Georgia Department Of Public Safety (dps) Is Posting A Bid To Establish An Open Agency Contract To Provide Janitorial Services For Dps Headquarters. The Open Agency Contract Will Be For One (1) Year With Four (4) - One (1) Year Renewal Options. Janitorial Services Will Be Completed In Building 21 (the Main Dps Hq Building) And Building 29. Building 21 Is Approximately 110,000 Square Feet And Building 29 Is Approximately 33,187 Square Feet. See Attached Detailed Scope Of Work. The Supplier Shall Furnish Personnel, Equipment, Cleaning Supplies, Supervision, And Other Items Necessary To Perform The Janitorial Services As Specifically Outlined In The Scope Of Work. A Mandatory Site Visit Is Scheduled For Wednesday, July 9, 2025 At 9:00 Am. The Site Visit Address Is 959 United Avenue Se, Building 21, Atlanta, Ga 30316.
