- This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract to provide janitorial services for Minnesota Department of Health (MDH), located at 2313 College Way, Fergus Falls, MN 56537. The facility's total square footage is 2,355. For the full task list and further details, please review “Exhibit C” of the Sample Contract and Exhibits document. The Contractor will provide all necessary labor, equipment, and cleaning supplies required to perform the janitorial services.There is an optional on-site visit. Responders may request for an on-site visit prior to submitting their response. To arrange for an on-site visit, please contact Beth Meyer, District Office Operations Manager, Facilities Management Division, at elizabeth.m.meyer@state.mn.us.Any questions or clarifications in regard to the solicitation response shall be made in writing to Mai N Lor at Mai.N.Lor@state.mn.us. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the solicitation, the Responder must immediately notify the Acquisition Management Specialist/Buyer in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document. All questions should be submitted no later than September 4, 2025. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time.
