- This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract to provide janitorial services for Minnesota Interagency Fire Center (MIFC), located at 402 SE 11th Street, Grand Rapids, MN 55744. The State will supply all trashcan liners, toilet tissue, hand soap, deodorizers, and paper towel products. All other janitorial cleaning supplies and equipment will be furnished by the contractor. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will take place on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 2:00 PM CT, at Minnesota Interagency Fire Center (MIFC), located at 402 SE 11th Street, Grand Rapids, MN 55744. Attendance is mandatory. Responders must register to attend the pre-proposal meeting as soon as possible. Responders must register by Thursday, August 28, 2025, at 2:00 PM CT. To register for the pre-proposal meeting, contact Kevin Carlisle via email at kevin.carlisle@state.mn.us. Any questions or clarifications in regard to the solicitation response shall be made in writing to Mai N Lor at Mai.N.Lor@state.mn.us. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the solicitation, the Responder must immediately notify the Acquisition Management Specialist/Buyer in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document.
