The solicitation due date and time remain the same. ***End of Addendum 1***The Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract to provide janitorial services for MN Department of Transportation (MnDOT) Fort Snelling, located at 6000 Minnehaha Avenue South, Saint Paul, MN 55111. The total approximate square footage is 93,000.MnDOT will supply all necessary cleaning supplies and chemicals. The Contract Vendor will only use cleaning supplies and chemicals that have been supplied by the agency. The Contract Vendor must provide its own cleaning equipment including, but not limited to, brooms, mops, waxing equipment, carpet cleaner, and window cleaning equipment.A mandatory pre-proposal will take place at MnDOT Fort Snelling at 6000 Minnehaha Ave., St. Paul, MN 55111 on September 15, 2025 at 10:00AM CT.
