- The Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract to provide janitorial services for Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA), located at 7678 College Road, Suite 105 and 7551 Industrial Park Road South in Baxter, MN 56425. The main MPCA building has approximately 12,146 square feet of cleanable area. Of this total, 9,504 square feet consists of carpet and 2,275 square feet consists of hard flooring. The Field Operations MPCA Building has approximately 3,360 square feet of cleanable area. The Contractor will provide all necessary labor, equipment, and cleaning supplies required to perform the janitorial services.A mandatory pre-proposal will take place at MN Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) located at 7678 College Road, Suite 105, Baxter, MN 56425 on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at 9:00 AM CT. Responders must register by November 12, 2025, at 3:00 PM CT. To register for the pre-proposal meeting, please email Jill Wanous at Jill.Wanous@state.mn.us, Daniel Morales at Daniel.Morales@state.mn.us, and Chad Anderson at Chad.Anderson@state.mn.us. Responders must attend the pre-proposal meeting prior to submitting their response.
