The San Bernardino National Forest requires janitorial services at three (3) of its locations. The locations are listed below:
Supervisor-s Office : 602 S. Tippecanoe Avenue, San Bernardino, CA 92408 Front Country Ranger Station: 1209 Lytle Creek Road, Lytle Creek, CA 92358 Big Bear Discovery Center & Mountain Top Ranger Station: 40170 Highway 38, Fawnskin, CA 92333.The NAICS code for this requirement is 561720-Janitorial Services and this is a 100% Total Small Business set-aside.
The period of performance will be for a base year of approximately four (4) months and four (4) twelve-month option years; the estimated dates are as follows:
Base Year: Sept 15, 2025- Jan 14, 2026 and four (4) Option Years :
Option Yr 1: Jan 15, 2026-Jan 14, 2027
Option Yr 2: Jan 15, 2027-Jan 14, 2028
Option Yr 3: Jan 15, 2028-Jan 14, 2029
