The Regional Procurement Support Office, Frankfurt provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for:
Janitorial Services for the US Consulate General Naples, Italy

The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity Commercial Service Contract during the second quarter of calendar year 2025.
The proposed services are for primarily daily services, such as cleaning all designated spaces including, but not limited to halls, offices, restrooms, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas, elevators and stairways to be performed every working day. Other services shall be in accordance with bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual schedules described within the Statement of Work (SOW).
The successful contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to accomplish janitorial services within the real property owned or managed by the U.S. Government. The facility-s total area is approximately 6,000 square meters (sqm).
The solicitation may result in an award of a Firm-Fixed Price IDIQ Type Contract for one base year plus four (4) separate option years beginning in the second quarter of calendar year 2025.
The solicitation is scheduled to be issued in February 2025 and the solicitation package will be posted on www.sam.gov with solicitation number 19GE5025R0039.
Firms shall be knowledgeable in written and spoken English.
