Description
The Regional Procurement Support Office at the U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for:

Janitorial Services, U.S. Consulate Munich, Germany

The solicitation may result in the award of a firm-fixed-price commercial services contract for one (1) base and four (4) option years in calendar year 2025.

The scope of work requires the successful contractor to provide personnel, equipment, and all necessary resources for provision of janitorial services for property owned and/or managed by the U.S. Government at U.S. Mission Munich. The Contractor is required to perform janitorial services in all designated spaces including, but not limited to halls, offices, restrooms, work areas, entrance ways, lobbies, storage areas, elevators, and stairways. Companies shall be knowledgeable in written and spoken English and possess all appropriate permits and licenses to perform work in Germany. The contract-s period of performance shall begin upon the issuance of a notice to proceed and last 12 months, with four (4) additional option year periods.

The solicitation is anticipated to be issued in April 2025 on www.sam.gov with solicitation number 19GE5025R0066.
