The Regional Procurement Support Office, Frankfurt provides the following Pre-Solicitation Noticeregarding the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for:
Janitorial services at the U.S. Embassy Brussels, Belgium for its premises, including Chief of Mission Residence (CMR), Deputy Chief of Mission Residence (DCR), and office spaces.
The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue an RFP and award a Fixed Price type contract during the third quarter of calendar year 2025.
The successful contractor shall perform janitorial services, toilet disinfection, air freshening and sanitary services and maintenance/replacement of devices, including furnishing all labor, materials such as but not limited to soap, paper products and sanitary supplies and bins, equipment and services, for all office buildings of the U.S. Embassy in Brussels, Belgium andfor four (4) listed US Embassy Brussels, Belgium owned residences located in the Brussels localities.
The contract-s period of performance is set to begin in September 2025 and last 12 months, with four (4) additional option year periods.
The Solicitation is planned to be issued in May 2025, and the solicitation package will be posted on www.sam.gov with solicitation number 19GE5025R0079.
Firms shall be knowledgeable in written and spoken English.
In accordance with DOSAR 652.242-73 AUTHORIZATION AND PERFORMANCE (AUG 1999), it will be necessary for your organization to possess authorization to operate and do business in the country in which this contract will be performed. Furthermore, authorization shall include the requirement to be registered to do business in Belgium:
