This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, assupplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is FA441825Q0014 and shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this RFQ. The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03; Effective 01/17/2025. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns.
The associated NAICS code is 336413 with a size standard of 1,250 employees. The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitation is for the purchase of one (1)Trailer Mounted Liquid Oxygen Tank Air Purging Unit PN# 791070-003, NSN:3655-01-561-4006 (Master Stock Number 3655-01-395-9203, Subgroup MasterNSN Group 3655-00-429-2896) in accordance with (IAW) the Salient Characteristics.
