This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
The 633d Contracting Squadron is soliciting a Firm-Fixed Price contract for JBLE Giant Voice System Installation, Repair, and Maintenance for Joint Base Langley Air Force Base. This procurement will be unrestricted. The period of performance will be for one base year and four one-year option periods.
The 633 Air Base Wing (ABW) has a need to upgrade the existing obsolete and failing Giant Voice System (GV) at Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE (i.e., Langley AFB, Bethel Manor Housing, and Ft Eustis)) with a new Motorola OptiWarn GV System. The project objective covers the replacement of the existing outdated and failing system with a new, robust, and reliable solution.
Questions in response to the solicitation shall be submitted no later than 19 September 2025 at 1200; responses will be provided 22 September 2025 by close of business. - Documents:
