This is a pre-solicitation notice for a full and open Request for Proposal (RFP) to construct a 52,047 SF Aircraft Maintenance Hangar and Aviation Operations Facility that provides consolidated multipurpose space for maintenance, repair, and major overhaul of miltary aircraft and may include maintenance bays, tech supply, production control, and quality control areas directly related to the maintenance and supervision of aircraft, component and assembly rebuilding, and quality control of aviation maintenance for AKARNG. The underlying land of the planed location is Department of Defense-owned and licensed to the State if Alaska for ARNG use.
