MICC - Fort Knox is soliciting Encampment Services for JROTC 103 Cadets and 30Cadre supporting Phoenix Union HS District (PXU) JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) during the period of performance 25-29 May 2025. Services are to be provided within 100 miles outside of Phoenix, Arizona, in accordance with the solicitation documents attached to this notice. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered. The solicitation (SF 1449) is posted to this notice on the SAM.gov website. Paper copies of the solicitation (SF 1449) will not be available. The solicitation must be downloaded from this website. Amendments, if any, will be posted to https://sam.gov. It is the offeror's responsibility to check for and acknowledge all amendments. All quotes shall be submitted no later than the date and time specified for receipt in Block 8 of the SF 1449 or the latest issued amendment. Quotes submitted via e-mail or fax will not be accepted. Award will be to the lowest priced, responsive quote received from a responsible offeror.
Questions to this solicitation are due by e-mail to Wesley Dowell at wesley.e.dowell.civ@army.mil. on 5 May 2025 at 1:30 P.M. Eastern Time (Fort Knox, KY, Local Time) in order to allow a response prior to the quote due date. Answers will be posted to SAM.gov. No remarks or written responses to questions by Government personnel shall change or qualify any of the terms or conditions of this Request for Quote (RFQ ).
