This is a Sources Sought notice to obtain information regarding a two (2) Year Subscription for JetNet Marketplace with Helicopters subscription service - from 11/1/25 - 10/31/27. This subscription must provide a specialized aircraft database with information the FAA-s AADS system (Airspace Awareness and Detection System) utilizes to check aircraft registries.
The NAICS code is 513210 Software Publishers. The purpose of this notice is to conduct market research and obtain information from qualified businesses.

This is NOT a request for proposals, bids, or quotes. This notice does not represent a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for information received because of this announcement.
This procurement for The Federal Aviation Administrations (FAA) will provide extensive data on aircraft ownership and leasing information to include real time information on who is operating a particular aircraft that might be registered to a different owner.
All documents submitted will not be returned. All interested parties shall submit clear and convincing documentation demonstrating their capabilities to satisfy the requirements listed above to Marc LeMay, Contract Officer, by email at marc.lemay@faa.gov NO LATER THAN August 1, 2025 @ 3:00PM EST. The capability documentation should include general information and technical background describing in detail the prospective contractor's capabilities and experience that will demonstrate the ability to support these requirements.
