The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) requests a new Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) delivery order for the procurement of the brand name, Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Jira Service Management software subscription.
Jira Service Management subscription will support the DeCA-s enterprise-wide IT operations, service delivery, hardware/software support functions, and cybersecurity requirements while optimizing operational costs. While enabling DeCA to focus on mission-critical functions.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Thesolicitation number is PANAPG-25-P-0000-030416 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) due by 1600 EST on 15 September 2025.
