- General work description: The City of Florissant is seeking a contractor to paint the walls, bleachers, and railings at James J. Eagan indoor pool. The scope of work should include the following.Pool Facility: Pressure wash pool walls, railings, and bleachersMask off and apply one coat of primerApply two coats of water based catalyzed epoxy to walls and soffit under bleachersAccent color to be applied to areas that currently have blue accent color, including stripes on the wallsPainting of railing with two coasts of water based urethane enamelPaint the hollow metal door and frame in the bleacher areaDemask and clean up areaLifts or scaffolding should be measured and taken into consideration prior to bidding.Slide Structure and Bridge: A. Prep and apply one coat of epoxy primer and one coat of urethane finishAdditional Requirements: Work must be completed during the month of August 2025 during our indoor pool annual shutdown.All colors will be finalized once the contractor is selected and paint samples should be made available for selection.Work Site Location: 1 James J.
