Description:
Maricopa Unified School District No. 20 (MUSD) is seeking Proposals for Project Title (Arizona State Registrar of Contractors B-01 or B-2 License) to perform miscellaneous construction and repair services, including limited pre-construction design services, for various projects to be determined such as repairs, maintenance, additions, renovations, remodeling, and tenant improvements to school district buildings and facilities utilizing Job Order Contracting (JOC) project delivery method. It is expected that contracts will be awarded to multiple General Commercial Contractors.Because any work under this contract will be on a job order basis, exact project details are not available. General information on the project site, scope of work, schedule, project design and construction budget shall be provided by MUSD prior to usage of awarded contract.Proposals are to be submitted through the Procurement Portal no later than Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date. Bids will not be accepted after this programmed time. Also note the submission time is Local Arizona time. We do not observe Daylight Savings time.It is the vendors responsibility to ensure that all required documents are submitted and accepted through the Procurement Portal.
